In the same time the family transform into incomplete institution due to increase in frequency of non-traditional family forms – informal unions, same-sex unions, lonely maternity, divorces, remarriages, reconstructed families. The changes could be observed in case an economic dimension of the family – household. The size of the household is decreasing, with more complicated economic relation of its inhabitants The observed changes in demographic characteristics of family life should be treated as a starting point to formulate questions about the future of the family. The paper is focused at answer to the mentioned above question.
