Abstract

Nadchodzące lata to okres wzrostu liczby urodzeń. Skala tego wzrostu oceniana jest przez różne ośrodki prognostyczne w różny sposób. Tymczasem owe różnice przekładają się na odmienny, spodziewany poziom zapotrzebowania na usługi opiekuńcze nad małym dzieckiem i usługi edukacyjne. Celem tekstu jest wskazanie, jak w perspektywie roku 2020 zmieniać się będzie popyt na owe usługi w zależności od liczby dzieci w wieku żłobkowym, przedszkolnym i szkolnym.

Demographic determinants of demand on child care services and on education in Poland up to 2020 Summary: Years-to-come will be a period when births will increase. The size and pace of the increase is assessed differently by institutions making demographic projections. The results of the projections is related to expected demand on child care services and on educational services. The text is aimed at indicating how the demand will change depending on numbers of child at age of crèche, kinder-garden, and primary and lower secondary school up to 2020.
