The aim of the present paper is to show the contamination as one of the processes of word
formation in the child language.
The contamination is considered as an innovation and unusual phenomenon in the child language.
Children invent contaminated neologisms unintentionally.
Child contaminated forms can be divided in two groups: 1. lexical and 2. idiomatic forms.
There are combinations of idioms and words among them.
Children invent also their own types of contamination.
