Planowe i dynamiczne kształtowanie międzyzakładowych powiązań kooperacyjnych jako warunek wysokiej zdolności reagowania na dynamikę zapotrzebowań

Planowe i dynamiczne kształtowanie międzyzakładowych powiązań kooperacyjnych jako warunek wysokiej zdolności reagowania na dynamikę zapotrzebowań
Oehme, Karl
The output of an industrial enterprise mi*3t correspond with
regard to its assortment and quality to requirements of buyers. In
the areas characterized with rapidly changing demand, the planning
and organization of production process take place at the time when
demand is not yet fully known. In this situation, organization must
ensure capability of production process to respond promptly to
changes in demand. Among the most important factors determining
this response capability is the system of procurement allowing to
adapt industrial supplies to the existing level of their consumption
in production process. For this to be possible, the following conditions
must be fulfilled:
- the available inventories and possibilities of obtaining new
ones should not be smaller than total needs resulting from consumption
and replenishing of inventories;
- the utility characteristics (assortment and quality) of possessed
and obtainable inventories should not be smaller than those
demanded by the present production; and
- the time during which the procurement process responds to
new demand for materials should not exceed the admissible time of
awaiting material supplies by production.

The studies described in this article were carried out in
"Sira" .Knitwear Enterprise in Sieradż. Their aim was to:
- get acquainted with the information system connected wi'th
flow of materials in the production proces, and - determine characteristics of the system of materials accounting
in the so-called basic production.
This was to provide a basis for formulation of conclusions
aiming at improvement of materials records circulation and of materials
accounting system. The authors present in the article the
circulation of materials records in a graphic and descriptive form.
They have moreover analyzed contents of the documents used in this
sphere and described a method allowing to perform materials accounting
of production.
The conclusions of long-term nature concern:
- accuracy of the adopted system of materials accounting,
- role of Department Offices in the system of information flow,
- necessity of changes in construction and application of m a -
terials records.
The conclusions of current character concern:
- shifting of Jobs to production departments,
- introduction of work-team premiums as a motivation for better
utilization of raw materials,
- more precise accountability of particular departments for
consumed materials,
- uniform accounting systems in production for domestic market
and for export.

Zmiany w zasadach tworzenia zakładowego funduszu socjalnego a stan bazy socjalnej przedsiębiorstw (Na przykładzie przemysłu lniarskiego)
Włodarczyk, Elżbieta
The socio-welfare facilities of enterprises constitute a material
base allowing them to perform their protective functions.
The scope of socio-welfare activity of an enterprise and the
ensuino scope of socio-welfare services provided by this enterprise
reflect both the existing needs and financial capacities
of the enterprise in this sphere. The seventies and early eighties
witnessed significant changes in principles of financing the socio-
-welfare activity by enterprises. They were accompanied by changes
in the size of socio-welfare funds of enterprises, which in turn
exerted its impact on their possibilities of maintaining socio-
-welfare facilities. Changes which occurred in the years 1974-1983 in the state of
socio-welfare base of enterprises were analyzed on the example
of the linen industry, which is an industrial branch typical in
many respects for the light industry.
A trend towards curtailing the size of socio-welfare facilities
could be observed since the mid-seventies. This trend was
caused by changes in principles of financing the socio-welfare activity,
which caused that resources for this purpose remaining at
the disposal of enterprises were decreased temporarily. In the early
eighties, the next change in principles of financing took place.
It could be expected already then that the level of financial
resources for this purpose would be unstable in the coming years
and become a major impediment to continuation of the socio-welfare
activity on the previous level. Consequently, a trend of
selling out their socio-welfare facilities by enterprises was
intensified. The only exception here were vacation centres for
employees and their children. It was an expression of enterprises'
desire to preserve their control over these welfare benefits which
had been in the biggest demand for years. Trying to restrict the
size of their socio-welfare facilities enterprises were transferring
them to the authorities. This necessitated a considerable
financial expenditure and organizational efforts on the part of
the local authorities.

Znaczenie strategii dywersyfikacji produkcji w planowaniu rozwoju przedsiębiorstw
Kucińska, Krystyna
The diversification strategy occupies an important position in
the general model of strategies employed by an industrial enterprise.
Innovation processes in industry, shortening of product
life cycle, and changes occurring in markets all cause that production
assortment must be constantly expanded. Analysis of particular
types of the diversification strategy performed in this
article aimed at stressing the necessity of elaborating and implementing
such strategy by enterprises.
