This article deals with analysis of tasks and role of the personnel service in a foreign trade enterprise. The author puts forward the following hypothesis: the nature, role, and scope of function soft he personnel service are closely linked with the main directions of an enterprise’s activity . The personnel service plays a very important role in the field of personnel policy and methods of work of the personnel department, which ensues from a specific character of an enterprise activity.

The described wage experiment in health service was of a complementary character in relation to the experiment with a free choice of physician or a pediatrician by patients in health care centers.&#13;
The experiment encompassed eight such centers, and the collected results were confronted with results gathered in three control health care centers.

The article discusses the concept of  flexitime, different&#13;
solutions in its application and practical implications of its introduction. It is based primarily on the United States experience in this are a although the author also quotes examples from other countries.&#13;
The author analyzes the attitude of employers, employees, and trade union to this relatively novel solution in the field of working hours . The attempt has also been  made at assessment of its impact on individuals, organizations, and society. Both&#13;
positive and negative effects of flexitime are taken in to account . Another very important aspect of its application is its&#13;
impact on labour productivity , hence a more detailed analysis of this problem.&#13;
The article ends with presentation of flexi time problems and their possible solution followed by description of perspective trends in its application.
