Internacjonalizacja kapitalistycznego sposobu produkcji
w obecnej fazie jego rozwoju — niektóre formy i sprzeczności
Podlasiak, Zbigniew
Objective tendency toward socialization of productive forces leads to a new
and irreversible phenomenon in contemporary capitalist countries. It consists in internationalization
of particular production elements and capital. This phenomenon takes
different forms corresponding to consecutive stages of capital circulation (money
capital, productive capital, and commodity capital). At all stages a specific role is
performed today by multinational companies constituting a monopolistic form of
internationalization of the capitalist way of production. They do not lead, however,
to a rational international division of labour. They hamper further development of
productive forces as well as the internationalization process itself while resources
are oftentime wasted.

Rola akumulacji kapitału we wzroście gospodarczym RFN w latach 1950 - 1970
Milosz, Szczepan
The paper is an attempt at presentation of factors which played a primary role
in creation of the new accumulation mechanism of the FRG.
Among main factors determining the process of the capital accumulation the
author lists:
— active role of the West German government, which especially in the first period participated actively in stimulation of the economic growth process in the
Federal Republic of Germany,
— favourable structure of the capital in western territories of the former 3rd
Reich.
Next the author analyzes the impact of the capital accumulation on economic
growth talcing into account such phenomena as:
— share of accumulation in the Gross National Product of the FRG,
— role of investments in the economic growth process,
— effectiveness of capital accumulation in the FRG.

Lenin is an author of a new interpretation of contradictions between production
and consumption in the capitalist economy. He claims that, these contraditions spring from the law of faster growth of output of production means. This law is educed
from Marx's reproduction schemes. Thus indirectly also the contradiction be tween
production and consumption ensues from reproduction schemes. Accordingly it
cannot consist in inability to implement the gross product. The essence of this
contradiction lies in the fact that in the capitalism, production is mainly developed
in the sphere of production means, it becomes an objective in itself, and cea ses
to serve its natural objective - i. e. consumption. Parallelly there appears in
Lenin's works a traditional interpretation of the discus sed contradiction in line with
the subconsumption theory. Similar views are represented by a legal Marxist — Tuhan-Baranowski. Polemics between Lenin and Tuhan-Baranowski appear to have
often resulted from misunderstanding.

Sektor państwowy we Włoszech
Borkowska, Anna
The article contains a synthetic presentation of the state sector genesis in Italy.
The quoted data concerning investments commissioned by this sector, its share in
employment, and industrial output as well as the analysis of the economic
performance of two biggest state holdings: the IRI and the ENI — point at the
loading role of the state sector in the Italian economy after the 2nd World War.
The assessment of the present situation leads to the conclusion that it is
necessary to further increase the economic functions of the state—owned sector in
future.
