dc.description.abstract	Istniejące klasyfikacje parlamentów wskazują, że badacze kręgu atlantyckiego nie sięgają w swych dociekaniach do państw Azji Południowo-Wschodniej i przyjętych tam rozwiązań ustrojowych. Region ten w omawianym zakresie wymaga zatem przeprowadzenia badań prawno-porównawczych, zwłaszcza pod kątem analizy adaptowanych instytucji, ich modyfikacji oraz unikatowych, charakterystycznych rozwiązań. Prezentowana monografia stanowi efekt badań prowadzonych w latach 2014–2017, mających na celu przeanalizowanie funkcjonowania organów władzy ustawodawczej w wybranych demokracjach Azji Południowo-Wschodniej. Autorka ukazuje, jakie znaczenie prawne (sposób unormowania omawianej zasady w aktach normatywnych), funkcjonalne (efektywność procesu legislacyjnego oraz wykonywania innych kompetencji legislatywy), a także polityczne (stabilizacja rządów, hegemonia jednej partii) miało wprowadzenie dwuizbowej struktury parlamentu w państwach tego regionu.	pl_PL
