dc.description.abstract | Core competence is the ability to work efficiently within the competitive environment and
also the ability to respond challenges. It is difficult for competitors to imitate and copy because
core competences are specific, unrepeatable and distinctive to each individual organization.
Although they are very important and allow the prompt and fast development a lot of companies in
Poland can not identify and use it. This paper explains the issue of core competencies and shows
