dc.description.abstractMonografia stanowi wkład w uporządkowanie i poszerzenie wiedzy w obszarze pojęcia kontraktu psychologicznego oraz zarządzania tym kontraktem w organizacjach. Zaprezentowane wyniki badań to pierwszy krok w kierunku określenia, zbadania i zaproponowania do implementacji w firmach zgodnych kulturowo praktyk HR. Przetestowany teoretyczny model może przynieść istotne praktyczne implikacje dla przyszłych badań nad pośredniczącą rolą kontraktu psychologicznego w różnych kontekstach kulturowych. Autorka wskazuje teoretykom i praktykom, jak powinno wyglądać zarządzanie kontraktem psychologicznym w polskiej kulturze organizacyjnej.pl_PL
