Streszczenie
This study focused on the optimization of adrenaline electrografting onto a glassy carbon electrode using cyclic voltammetry in an acidic solution. A stable layer was obtained after multiple potential scans and characterized by square wave voltammetry. The results confirmed the successful formation of a stable adrenaline film on the electrode surface. Furthermore, the immobilized layer exhibited sensitivity to selected metal cations, as evidenced by a decrease in the adrenaline signal after exposure, indicating its potential application in indirect cation detection.
