A survey of the mental models of Belarusians and Poles (dataset)

Abstract

The database contains the results of a CATI survey examining the mental models of Belarusians and Poles that influence behaviour and attitudes in the economic and political spheres. We examined 15 mental variables, such as locus of control, distance from authority, social trust, the just-world belief, long-term/short-term orientation, etc., as well as generalised stress levels, memories of the Second World War and a sense of pride in belonging to a national community.
