Mapa zbiorowisk roślinnych projektowanego rezerwatu „Bąkowa Góra” Witosławski, Piotr The article contains the diagnoses and characteristics of twenty six vegetation units of a landscape reserve named Bąkowa Góra. It serves as a commentary to the legend of the map representing the real vegetation of that region in the working scale of 1:5000. The plant communities of Querco-Fagetea and Vaccinio-Piceetea classes dominate that particular area whereas both Carici remotae-Fraxinetum community and the one including Valeriana dioica are the most interesting plant associations found there.

Fizycznogeograficzne warunki rezerwatów na południu Wzgórz Radomszczańskich Żyndul, Zbigniew The subject of the present paper is a physiographic characterization of the reserves situated in the south region of the Radomsko Hills. The author has defined geographical location of the area investigation and characterized in detail basic abiotic components of environment of each of the reserves. He has also described the relief, lithology of deposits, geological structure and lay of under-Ouaternary surface as well as climatic conditions, permeability and soils. Finally, the author has presented an outline of palaegeographic development of the land.

Fizycznogeograficzne warunki rezerwatów Równiny Piotrkowskiej Baliński, Władysław The reserves of the Piotrków Plain have been established to protect natural forest associations. The aim of the present paper is to learn abiotic factors of habitats within five reserves (Dęby in Meszcze, Meszcze, Lubiaszów, Konewka and Spala) situated along the left bank of the Pilica River. On the basis of specialistic literature, the author has characterized essential components of epigeosphera of the Piotrków Plain region, which constitutes a wider background of the analysed reserves. Field researches have provided materials to characterize spatial differentiation of epigeosphera constituents as well as to distinguish and characterize geocomplex types of reserve grounds.
