Kołmogorow zajął się humanistyką? Urban, Roman The Soviet mathematician Andrey Nikolaevich Kolmogorov (1903‒1987), author of over half a thousand scientific works, was one of the most eminent mathematicians of the 20th century and at some point perhaps even the greatest. In the 1960s, Kolmogorov began intensive research into linguistics and verse theory after his fifties. Among other things, he is the author of a precise definition of a grammatical case, the determination of a metre of poems, in particular an iamb. The aim of this work is not only to explain the reasons why Kolmogorov dealt with humanities (history, linguistics, poetry theory). In this paper we would also like to emphacise the fact that the famous mathematician was successfully involved in humanities. It seems that not many Polish mathematicians who know some of Kolmogorov’s works in one or another mathematical field know, for example, about his literary works concerning the theory of verse. It may be suspected that many literary experts and linguists are also unaware of the existence of these works.; Radziecki matematyk Andriej Nikołajewicz Kołmogorow (1903‒1987), autor ponad pół tysiąca prac naukowych, był jednym z najwybitniejszych matematyków XX wieku i w pewnym momencie być może nawet największym. W 1960 roku, Kołmogorow rozpoczął intensywne badania w dziedzinie językoznawstwa i teorii wiersza. Wydaje się, że niewielu polskich matematyków, którzy znają niektóre z rezultatów Kołmogorowa w tej czy innej dziedzinie matematyki, wie o jego pracach w dziedzinach nauk humanistycznych. Można podejrzewać, że wielu literaturoznawców i lingwistów również nie wie o istnieniu tych prac. Celem tego artykułu jest wyjaśnienie przyczyn, dla których Kołmogorow zajmował się humanistyką (historią, językoznawstwem, teorią wiersza). Cyprian Norwid through the use of the adjective beautiful and its derivatives, evaluates the elements of described world in different ways, which allows one to see the hierarchy of values. At the top of the hierarchy there are transcendent, moral and cognitive values, followed by aesthetic and vital values and then finally perceived and instrumental values. The poet also emphasizes the interdependence between these values. The most commonly used method of valuation of various objects and phenomena is to put them together in a way that comparison and evaluation is possible. Within the created hierarchy of values, there can be observed various displacements, which consist in raising the rank of some, and lowering other beings. These shifts usually result from the confrontation of the hierarchy of values of the narrator and the general public. Over the years Cyprian Norwid in all of his works develops a coherent concept of beauty, based on the belief that beauty has its source in God, is associated with truth, and is born of love, and thus becomes immortal.; Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie znaczeń leksemu piękny i jego derywatów w prozie artystycznej Cypriana Norwida oraz przyjrzenie się temu, w jaki sposób autor ustosunkowuje się do znaczeń pola wyrazowego piękna. Cyprian Norwid poprzez użycie przymiotnika piękny i jego derywatów w różny sposób wartościuje elementy opisywanego przez siebie świata. Pozwala to na odczytanie wyrażanej w ten sposób hierarchii wartości. Na jej szczycie znajdują się wartości transcendentne, zaraz po nich wartości moralne, poznawcze, następnie estetyczne, i wreszcie wartości witalne, odczuciowe i wartości instrumentalne. Poeta podkreśla również współzależność między tymi wartościami. Najczęściej stosowanym przez poetę sposobem wartościowania różnych przedmiotów i zjawisk jest zestawienie ich ze sobą w taki sposób, aby były możliwe ich porównanie i ocena. W obrębie powstałej hierarchii wartości zachodzą różne przemieszczenia, które polegają na podniesieniu rangi jednych, a obniżeniu innych bytów. Przesunięcia te wynikają najczęściej z konfrontacji hierarchii wartości narratora i ogółu społeczeństwa. Norwid na przestrzeni lat w całej swojej twórczości rozwija spójną koncepcję piękna, która opiera się na przekonaniu, że piękno ma swoje źródło w Bogu, związane jest z prawdą i rodzi się z miłości, a przez to staje się nieśmiertelne. В. Путина Dudek-Waligóra, Gabriela It is well known that Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is considered the political leader of the Russian Federation. The purpose of this article is to present the main language tools with the help of which V. V. Putin creates the image of a strong leader. The author concentrates on two tactics – the tactic of admitting the existence of the problem and the tactic of pointing out the way to solve the problem, since the political leader is primarily expected to be able to overcome difficulties, as well as to clearly see the future. The material for analysis is served by public, official speeches published on the website of the current president of Russia in 2017 in the form of genres most typical for Putin: a press conference, speech and a Direct Line (a special television program). Thanks to the markers of the tactics of admitting and solving the problem, Vladimir Putin shows his readiness to serve the citizens of Russia and take the responsibility for the country. There emerges from the speeches of the mentioned politician the image of leader competent, responsible, decisive but also of representative listening to the nation.; Powszechnie wiadomo, że W. W. Putin jest uznawany za lidera Federacji Rosyjskiej. Na wizerunek politycznego przywódcy wpływa szereg czynników, w tym także styl jego wypowiedzi. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie głównych wyznaczników przywództwa w dyskursie W. W. Putina. Autor skupia się na dwóch taktykach – taktyce uznania istnienia problemu oraz na taktyce wskazania na sposób rozwiązania problemu, ponieważ od lidera oczekuje się przede wszystkim umiejętności pokonywania przeszkód. Jako materiał empiryczny posłużyły publiczne wypowiedzi obecnego prezydenta Rosji, wyekscerpowane z oficjalnej strony internetowej urzędu prezydenta w formie najbardziej typowych dla Putina gatunków – konferencji prasowej, wystąpienia oraz programu telewizyjnego „Gorąca Linia”. Ich analiza pozwala konstatować, że przy pomocy wskazanych taktyk obecny prezydent Federacji Rosyjskiej buduje wizerunek kompetentnego przywódcy, który zauważa problemy obywateli i zamierza z nimi walczyć według nakreślonego planu.
