Analiza manifestów pisarstwa kobiecego przełomu lat 80. i 90. XX wieku w perspektywie przemian politycznych i kulturalnych w Rosji
Streszczenie
At the beginning of 1990s women’s literary group «New Amazons» started publishing women’s prose. The analysis of forewords to these publications proves that they were designed not only to present the literary achievements of their authors, but also to give voice to their postulates. These prefaces-manifestos indicated that their authors had common aesthetic values and writing motivations, which illustrates that «women’s prose» should be treated as an independent literary-aesthetic field. According to the authors of these manifestos, women who entered literature, bridged the gap that had existed there for centuries, as female writers are bearers of alternative visions of the world that result from experiences unavailable for men. By referring to the category of «experience», female writers intended to prove that there existed some unquestionable differences in socio-cultural views that served as the basis for their artistic achievements, added their own story to the cultural narration and disrupted the traditional perceptions of female writing and femininity as such. The analysis of women’s writing manifestos in the suggested perspective allows tracing the reasons underlying the publication of these collections and intensive collective efforts of female writers in times of spiritual crisis connected with political and socio-cultural reforms of «the time of transformations».
