dc.contributor.authorBiographicalnote	Tomasz Tulejski – doktor habilitowany, profesor Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego, zatrudniony na stanowisku profesora w Katedrze Doktryn Polityczno-Prawnych na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego. Autor monografii Od zasady użyteczności do demokracji. Filozofia polityczna Jeremy Benthama (Łódź 2004), Konserwatyzm bez Boga. Dawida Hume’a wizja społeczeństwa państwa i prawa (Warszawa 2009) oraz Od Hookera do Benthama. Eseje z angielskiej myśli ustrojowej (Łódź 2018). Obszar jego zainteresowań naukowych obejmuje przede wszystkim refleksję polityczną, prawną i ustrojową klasycznego konserwatyzmu, liberalizmu i republikanizmu. Szczególnym przedmiotem jego badań są zagadnienia teorii państwa, przede wszystkim legitymacji władzy, źródeł ładu prawnego i politycznego, praw i wolności jednostki oraz partycypacji politycznej. Zajmuje się także problemem wojny w dyskursie polskim, europejskim i amerykańskim w kontekście ewolucji prawa międzynarodowego i ładu postzimnowojennego oraz amerykańską refleksją konstytucyjną. Członek rady naukowej miesięcznika „Pro Fide, Rege et Lege”.	pl_PL
