Abstract

Tematem pracy doktorskiej jest ,,Praca terapeutyczna w poradniach leczenia uzależnień, Studium społeczno-pedagogiczne”. Metodą badawczą, organizującą zbieranie materiału jak też i jego analizę jest klasyczny wariant teorii ugruntowanej (Strauss, Glaser). Przedmiotem badań jest ambulatoryjna forma pracy terapeutycznej. Terapia ambulatoryjna (dochodząca) daje pacjentom możliwość pogodzenia codziennych obowiązków osobistych, rodzinnych i zawodowych z leczeniem uzależnień. Główną techniką zbierania materiału badawczego była obserwacja uczestnicząca (realizowana z trzech perspektyw: terapeuty, pomocnika terapeuty oraz obserwatora), w ramach której znalazły się również rozmowy z terapeutami oraz analiza dokumentów zastanych. Rozprawa doktorska składa się z sześciu zasadniczych części: ogólnego wprowadzenia teoretycznego, rozdziału metodologicznego, czterech rozdziałów przedstawiających rezultaty analizy zebranych danych badawczych oraz wniosków końcowych. Podsumowanie odzwierciedla analityczną formę refleksji na temat terapii, wsparcia, terapeutów, grupy wsparcia, samodyscypliny, zaangażowania, budowania relacji, tożsamości, sprawczości, uspołecznienia, wyciągnięcia wniosków metodologicznych i perspektywy badacza.

The topic of the doctoral dissertation is "Therapeutic Work in Addiction Treatment Clinics, A Socio-Pedagogical Study." The research method organizing the collection of material as well as its analysis is the classic variant of grounded theory. (Strauss, Glaser). The subject of the research is the outpatient form of therapeutic work. Outpatient therapy (outreach) gives patients the opportunity to reconcile their daily personal, family, and professional responsibilities with addiction treatment. The main technique for collecting research material was participant observation (conducted from three perspectives: therapist, therapist assistant, and observer), which also included conversations with therapists and the analysis of existing documents. The doctoral dissertation consists of six main parts: a general theoretical introduction, a methodological chapter, four chapters presenting the results of the analysis of the collected research data, and the final conclusions. The summary reflects an analytical form of reflection on therapy, support, therapists, support groups, self-discipline, engagement, relationship building, identity, agency, socialization, drawing methodological conclusions, and the researcher's perspective.
