Cele konferencji naukowych

Abstract

Choć uczestniczenie w konferencjach jest nieodłącznym elementem życia każdego badacza, a liczba organizowanych na terenie Polski tego typu zjazdów jest imponująca, to do tej pory nie zostały podjęte próby wyznaczenia ich uniwersalnych celów. Autorzy starając się uzupełnić tę lukę, pojęli się wskazania celów, które mogą przyświecać ich uczestnikom, w tym organizatorom i sponsorom. Mając na względzie fakt odmiennej specyfiki dążeń różnych osób, autorzy wyznaczyli grupy celów (naukowo-badawcze, samorozwojowe, komunikacyjne, promocyjne), które towarzyszą poszczególnym stronom partycypującym w zjazdach badaczy. Omówione motywacje zostały zilustrowane w formie graficznej.

Although participation in conferences is an integral part of every researcher's life, and the number of such conventions organized in Poland is impressive, so far no attempts have been made to determine their universal goals. Trying to fill this gap, the authors attempt to indicate the aims that may guide the conference participants, including organizers and sponsors. Bearing in mind the different aspirations of different persons, the authors set out groups of goals (scientific and research goals, self-development, communication, promotion) that accompany those participating in the congresses of researchers. The discussed motivations are summarized in the graphic form.
