Nieprodukcyjna sfera gospodarki narodowej w procesie uspołeczniania produkcji i pracy
Abstract
The article analyzes selected problems of development of
the non-production sphere of the socialist national economy in its three aspects:
1. Non-production sphere as a result of the socialization process.
2. Immaterial sphere versus intensification of the social reproduction.
3. Effectiveness of the immaterial sphere.
In the first part of the article the autor points at the importance of the immaterial sphere in the social ist economy, which, on one hand, determines working and living conditions of professionally active people while, on the other hand, it leads in directly to growth of the national income.
The second part of the article deal swith analys is of development
of the non-production sphere, which is still of ten of
extensive character, supported by figures taken from the GDR’s experience. Against this background the author discusses feasibility of intensification of the immaterial sphere development to proceed next to description of the impact exerted by the immaterial sphere on intensification of the material production (in direct and direct impact).
Finally, the third part of the article contains some remarks on effectiveness of there production process in the immaterial sphere from the view point of intensification of
this process. The author, among others, focusses his attention on the problem of measuring inputs and outputs in the
non-production sphere as well as on effectiveness coefficients in this sphere pointing at the need of making allowances for the social aspect.
