Struktura i właściwości mucyn śluzowych
Abstract
This review describes function and physico-chemical properties of gastrointestinal mucus. In
perticular the role of mucins is shown. Recently studies of the chemical composition and structure
of mucin is discussed. The biosynthesis of mucin and mechanism of viscoelastic gel-forming
properties is described. In this review the function of mucus in gastric ulcer and cancer disease is
shown.
