Ewolucja podejścia do kwalifikacji menedżera międzynarodowego w przedsiębiorstwach międzynarodowych

Abstract

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie ewolucji podejścia do określenia profilu kwalifikacyjnego menedżera międzynarodowego. Struktura artykułu została podporządkowana temu celowi. W pierwszej części scharakteryzowano przedsiębiorstwa międzynarodowe, w drugiej zaś profile kwalifikacyjne menedżera międzynarodowego z perspektyw różnych autorów.

The aim of the article is to present the evolution of the approach to determine the qualification profile of the international manager. The structure of the article is subordinate to the aim. In the first part international companies were characterized. In the second one the qualification profile of the international manager were described according to the point of view of various authors.
