Abstract

The purpose of this article is to identify the determinants influencing the competitiveness of companies investing in the Special Economic Zone. There are many factors that influence motivation or disincentives on the development of enterprises in the region of Łódź. The Łódź Special Economic Zone by offering financial support to create the conditions by which the company can grow, invest in new technologies. All these factors determine the organization’s competitive advantage.
