Instytucjonalizacja standardów etycznych w gospodarce rynkowej

Abstract

Article focuses on presentation of main solutions and trends concerning institutionalisation of ethical standards created on different bases than by legal regulations, functioning in market economy, based on liberal ideas. Those trends are presented mainly through ethical context of contemporary enterprises, especially corporations, and become more and more visible. Moreover, growing complexity of institutional regulations results from inscribing them into two large theoretical concepts, finding their practical operationalisations on the level of activities of numerous companies. Those two main concepts include the ideas of stakeholders and of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Description of main axes of regulations of ethical behaviour concerns such solutions as: ethical procedures, ethical leadership, ethical guidebooks, ethical education and training, the position of ethics officer in a company, ethical audition and ethical codes.
