Nadzór i relacje między inwestorem publicznym a funduszem „venture capital”

Abstract

Opracowanie jest poświęcone interwencji organów publicznych w działalność funduszy „venture capital”, nadzorowi inwestora publicznego i strukturze relacji z funduszem „venture capital” w ramach tej interwencji. Dokonano podziału interwencji na interwencję bezpośrednią, pośrednią i regulacyjną. W artykule zawarto charakterystykę dwóch pierwszych rodzajów interwencji. Opracowanie zawiera propozycje i wnioski dotyczące form i sposobu interwencji publicznej w rozwój funduszy „venture capital” w Polsce.

This article treats of issues arising from public intervention in venture capital funds’ activity as well as from supervision and relations between public investor and venture capital fund. The public intervention is divided into three main categories: direct public involvement, indirect public involvement and regulatory involvement. The article describes the first two means of intervention. It contains some proposal and conclusions regarding public intervention in the development of venture capital funds in Poland.
