Streszczenie
The article is an attempt at arousing interest of the cooperative
housing sector in problems of the setting and functioning of
prices in construction sphere. The analysis is based on the category
of a building tender. The author discusses the nature and functions
of a building tender, legal foundations of organizing building tenders,
and practical problems concerning operation of relevant regulations. There is also analyzed effectiveness of the functioning
of housing markets in the central Polish macroregion in the light
of findings provided by ananalysis of building tenders.
