dc.description.abstractNiniejszy artykuł jest poświęcony interakcjom karier osób aktywnych zawodowo w środowiskach artystycznych i intelektualnych. Podstawą artykułu są dwa badania przeprowadzone w kilku ośrodkach europejskich. Pierwsze badanie dotyczy solistów skrzypków, a drugie fizyko-biochemików. W obu badanych środowiskach aktorzy są postrzegani przez specjalistów z ich dziedzin jako elita. Dziewięcioletnia praca badawcza, oparta głównie na metodach jakościowych, umożliwiła mi opracowanie procesu sprzężenia karier. Dzięki temu procesowi aktorzy przemieszczają się w swej przestrzeni zawodowej, zbliżając się do pozycji, którą postrzegają jako zawodowy sukces. Niniejsza analiza może być zastosowana w przypadku innych środowisk profesjonalnych.pl_PL
