dc.description.abstractThe essential aim of this article is to point out the role of venture capital/private equity funds for financing innovative business activity of enterprises in Poland and the analysis of relationships between funds investment policy and the level of business innovation. This policy has been analysed in two scopes:  preferred investment sector,  sectoral distribution of investments in 2003–2007.
