Panoplia dogmatica Eutymiusza Zigabenosa w przekładzie cerkiewnosłowiańskim: automatyczna transkrypcja rękopisu ze zbiorów Biblioteki Akademii Rumuńskiej

Abstract

Zbiór danych zawiera transkrypcje fragmentów odpisu cerkiewnosłowiańskiego przekładu traktatu Panoplia dogmatica Eutymiusza Zigabenosa (XII w.). Traktat poświęcony jest herezjom obecnym w świecie bizantyńsko-słowiańskim od VI w. i rozpowszechnianym szczególnie po IX–X w., kiedy gwałtowna ekspansja paulicjanizmu i bogomilizmu stała się zagrożeniem dla jedności państwa oraz Kościoła. Fragmenty odpisu pochodzą ze zbiorów Biblioteki Akademii Rumuńskiej (Biblioteca Academiei Române) w Bukareszcie. Automatyczne transkrypcje powstały przy pomocy narzędzia Transkribus (Generic Church Slavonic Handwriting 3) i umożliwiają zbadanie tradycji cerkiewnosłowiańskiego przekładu traktatu zachowanego w kręgu Slavia Orthodoxa.

The dataset contains fragmentary transcriptions of a copy of the Church Slavonic translation of Euthymius Zigabenus’s twelfth-century treatise Panoplia Dogmatica. The treatise addresses heresies present in the Byzantine-Slavic world from the sixth century onwards, which became particularly widespread after the ninth and tenth centuries, when the rapid expansion of Paulicianism and Bogomilism posed a threat to the unity of both the state and the Church. The manuscript fragments come from the collections of the Library of the Romanian Academy (Biblioteca Academiei Române) in Bucharest. The automatic transcriptions were produced with the aid of the Transkribus tool (Generic Church Slavonic Handwriting 3) and make it possible to investigate the tradition of the Church Slavonic translation of the treatise as preserved within the Slavia Orthodoxa cultural sphere.
