| dc.description.abstract | The article serves as an introduction to a major research project. It contains basic information about a research – designing team implementing the systems described in this volume, and describes Lodz Housing Construction Company "West", for which the systems have been designed. The biggest part of the article in accordance with its title has been devoted to a detailed presentation of methods of analyzing needs of the Company in the field of computerization.
