| dc.description.abstract | The article discusses changes in the number of the population in the post-production age being professionally active outside the agriculture over the years 1960-1974 and its structure according to sex and age.
Against this background the author analyzes the professional
activity of this group of people pointing at a downward trend of coefficients in the period under survey. There are also emphasized demographic and social characteristics affecting the level
of the professional activity of elderly people. The professional
activity appears to behig her among men and it is decreasing
a long with age being strongly differentiated according to the
educational background. The highest professional activity is displayed by people in the post-production age with the academic background. | pl_PL |
