| dc.description.abstract | Widely understood real estate market is one of the most important sectors of market economy. Stabilization of this sector has stronge influence on stabilization of whole economy. Therefore it seems, that it is necessary to recognize and describe the insurance aspect of this sector from different points of view: both insurer and property manager. This lead us to professional indemnity insurances, which are part of liability insurances -large share of insurance market. The aim of my reserches was to collect, from various sources, basic statistical data relating to property management market and to describe the insurance aspect of this market. | pl_PL |
