| dc.description.abstract | The prooass encompassing research and development projects is called
the creative process as it basically consists in creation of new
phenomena in the economy. Unsatisfactory functioning of this process
called attention to causes producing this situation.
The article aims at presentation of some factors determining
anooth functioning of the creative process. One of the main causes
accounting for unsatisfactory functioning of this process is selection
of members of teams implementing this process, orgmization of these
teams, and applied methods of teams motivation, which are not correlated
with specific features of the creative process.
Proper correlation of the above mentioned factors with each
other and with characteristic features of the process is a prerequisite
of smooth functioning of the creative process. | pl_PL |
