dc.description.abstractW artykule analizuję solidarność międzypokoleniową w kontekście międzynarodowej migracji, a zwłaszcza wyzwanie, jakie stanowi w tym kontekście opieka nad osobami w podeszłym wieku. Problem między innymi stanowią lokalne rozwiązania w zakresie polityki społecznej i zasiłków, nie dające się pogodzić z potrzebami rodzin, których pokolenia mieszkają w różnych krajach. Udzielane wsparcie, w zależności od potrzeb i możliwości krewnych, przybiera różne formy. Biorąc pod uwagę fale migracji, jakich doświadczyła Polska, oczekiwać należy, że państwo będzie musiało zbudować system wsparcia dla emigrantów odwiedzających kraj, aby opiekować się swoimi rodzicami, lub też próbujących zorganizować opiekę na odległość. Jednocześnie uważam, że potrzeby nieformalnych opiekunów muszą być bardziej uwzględnione w polityce społecznej, bez względu na to, czy są powracającymi emigrantami czy nie.pl_PL
