dc.description.abstractWzrost odsetka osób starszych wymusza procesy dostosowawcze do zmieniających się tendencji demograficznych. Władze publiczne koncentrują się przede wszystkim na oddziaływaniu na karierę zawodową, z uwagi zarówno na najwyższą efektywność takiego kroku, jak i na największe społeczne przyzwolenie na ingerencję w tę sferę życia spośród innych możliwych. W opracowaniu przedstawiono działania wdrażane w kilku krajach Europy Północnej (Szwecja, Dania) i Zachodniej (Holandia, Wielka Brytania, Niemcy i Francja) mające na celu wydłużenie aktywności zawodowej starszych pracowników.pl_PL
