| dc.description.abstract | Over a few years investigations on the cultivation of plants under
species protection have been conducted in the Botanical Garden in Łódź. The
acquired species are introduced into cultivation in localities most similar to natural.
A large area of the Garden (64 ha) allows to create various habitats. The collection
comprises 73 species of very differentiated habitat requirements, mainly from forest
communities or xerothermic grasses, including 13 from „Polish Plant Red Data Book”. | pl_PL |
