Streszczenie
The article declares that commitment as a characteristic of learning activity is a result of architecture that has been built into that activity. Limitations for the committed behavior are few stereotypes that serve as assumptions adopted in the practice of learning: me and them; I know how they learn; the more I know, the better they learn; good knowledge; my class; we from us. Architecture drives commitment, however the open architecture enabling commitment is being built on the basis of simple rules, the article claims: cooperation instead of competition; refusing to control people; promoting self-efficacy in participants; and creating attitudes of giving instead of taking.
