Finansowanie zadań gmin z wykorzystaniem funduszy strukturalnych w regionie Warmii i Mazur

Abstract

The aim of research was an estimation of capabilities of using means from structural funds of EU by communities in Warmia and Mazury in years 2004-2006. There was showed these means will be used by most of researched communities, in spite of legal and financial limitations. Communities can allocate that means most of all on the realization of investment tasks. That structural aid will be used on extension of road infrastructure, environmental protection and protection of local and regional cultures in view of particular social-economic conditions of that region. These operations can contribute to realization of basic purpose of regional authority in significant degree that is the development of tourism. There is no doubt that use of structural fund effects on the development both of communities as well as the region profitable.
