Streszczenie
The purpose of this speech is an attempt to answer the question to what extent Poland’s
membership of the European Union is going to influence public debt management. What has
been discussed here are the conditions of public debt management as well as the effects of
financial flows connected with the EU integration and their influence on possible deficit needs
of the state and local governments.
