Abstract

Nowadays, enterprise knowledge management is a very well developed, separated part of economic science including different kinds of areas like sociology, political science, information systems and others. One o f the way which is developing according to knowledge management is Business Process Management method (BPM). The basic assumption o f this method is that every single process and activity can be identified and measured what means that it is possible to trace the efficiency o f each process. Following the idea, it is possible to find how the process influence on final firm’s results. Having such a knowledge to make decisions about processes’ modification is more reasonable and justified by concrete numbers.
