Streszczenie
The article aims at presenting the role and tasks of work
establishments in providing social security and the influence
of benefits ensuing from it on incomes of employees.
The following problems have been discussed in the article:
- nature and scope of social security,
- scope, types and forms of social security in work establishments
(social insurance, social assistance, socio-welfare and
other benefits),
- cost and income aspects of social security in work establishments
,
- financial burdens of work establishments and incomes obtained
by employees as a result of employee social security (initial research
findings),
- directions of social security reform in the field of funds
raising and their rational use.
Moreover, the author points out factors accounting for differentiation
of employee incomes and financial burdens of work
establishments due to realization of employee social security.
