dc.description.abstract | The aim of the paper is to present the corporate governance codes that have been worked out in India since the end of the XX-th century. The genesis and development of those documents, divided into official and private, were summarized. The analysis revealed that India is very active in corporate governance area, but the achievements concerning codes’ provisions are much grater in theory than in practice. | pl_PL |
