Today’s organizations constitute the place for cooperation of the employees of different ages. Therefore, the age management is necessary for rational and effective use of human resources. One of its purposes is neutralization of the stereotype, in which the age affects job prospects and opportunities. However, the chapter is focused on the group of the employees over 50 years of age. The number of methods prolonging professional activity is considerable. Effective cooperation between the generations in the form of intermentoring is one of them.
