| dc.description.abstract | Celem artykułu jest analiza systemu zewnętrznej, materialnej motywacji u
handlu u Polsce i określenie warunków i kierunków jego doskonaleniu w przyszłości. Autorka koncentruje się na dwóch podstawowych problemach: oddziaływaniu tego systemu na organizacje i funkcjonowanie przedsiębiorstw handlowych i
na postępowania pracowników handlu. Analizę przeprowadzono z uwzględnieniem
krótkiego i długiego okresu i objęto nią wszystkie podstawowe elementy ekonomiczno-finansowego systemu handlu, w tym system marż, fiskalny, kredytowy i
