Abstract

The article presents the results of direct interviews with entrepreneurs in the region of Lodz, as a second part of the research conducted among project titled “The Co-operation of Science and Business as a Factor Enhancing Innovativeness of the Lodz Region” co-financed from European Union under European Social Fund. Due to research results it is essential to take certain actions to enhance business-science cooperation system, as creating effective model of cooperation based on good practices and improve the information flows between business and science spheres. Entrepreneurs perceive local authorities as important link in business and science cooperation.
