dc.description.abstract | The paper deals with transform ations in the sphere of management concepts and with the influence exerted by these concepts on the personnel policy. The author analyses also possibilities of further development of this field in the coming years. In the eighties there appeared several trends, which will be exerting their more intensive influence on the management proces in enterprises in the future. Enterprises will be orienting themselves more towards their environment, which is among others a result of a growing impact of the social policy. Alongside a more rapid influence of environmental conditions, introduction of new technologies in enterprises will be placing higher requirements before the management. Elasticity must become a crucial element of the personnel policy. | pl_PL |
