Wpływ publicznego charakteru sytuacji komunikacyjnej na interakcyjną normę dyskursu

Abstract

In the article the author analyzes television debates. The purpose of the article is to show by examples what regularities, principles and norms govern interaction in public discourse. The author analyzes examples in which the interlocutors violate the principles of communication and then talk about the norm of discourse. They react particularly strongly to acts of threatening a positive face and violation of the private sphere in communication. The analysis of examples shows that the norm of public discourse requires respecting the role in which the interlocutor appears.

W artykule autorka analizuje debaty telewizyjne. Celem jest pokazanie na przykładach, jakie prawidłowości, zasady i normy rządzą interakcją w dyskursie publicznym. Autorka analizuje przykłady, w których rozmówcy naruszają zasady komunikacji, a następnie rozmawiają o normie dyskursu. Szczególnie mocno reagują na akty zagrożenia twarzy pozytywnej oraz naruszanie sfery prywatnej w komunikacji. Z analizy przykładów wynika, że norma dyskursu publicznego wymaga respektowania roli, w jakiej występuje rozmówca.
