Abstract

W ekonomii proponowanych jest wiele wyjaśnień kształtowania się różnych systemów „corporate governance” w poszczególnych krajach. W artykule zostały omówione koncepcje, wsparte danymi empirycznymi, które zmierzają do wyjaśnienia wpływu instytucji publicznych na system „corporate governance.”

The economic literature presents number of models that explain corporate governance in different countries. The aim of this paper is presentation of theoretical and empirical researches that explain how institutional environment affects corporate governance.
