dc.description.abstractThe phenomenon of death since the beginning of time has brought about fear as well as curiosity. The article presents the cultural aspects of the perception of the phenomenon of death. They refer to the old superstitions, customs, traditions. As linguistic data confirm, many of them are reflected in the language. The concept of death in Russian phraseology refers to the Christian concept of the binary nature of a human being (consisting of the soul and the body), to pagan legends and beliefs. It is mostly characterized by the themes such as the end, road, dream.pl_PL
