dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the concepts of organizational justice. It was indicate that organizational justice is not only a predictor of employee behaviours (eg, involvement, job satisfaction, turnover intention, counterproductive work behavior), but may also be the subject of human resources management. Idea of organizational justice can in fact be used in a number of personnel processes: selection and recruitment processes, motivating employees, or evaluating.pl_PL
