Streszczenie
The paper is an attempt of description the main factors affecting on efficiency intangible motivation system. There is a assumption that tools of motivation are divided into two separated groups. The one are related to a person, individual employee as human being. The seconds incentives are oriented on work (task) process. To achieve the level of efficiency of that intangible motivation system, the managers should assure complementary use of both groups of that tools. To underline the main thesis of this paper, there is a presentation of initial empirical research. The results of that research indicate strong side and weakness of real intangible motivation system. The most efficient tools seems to be factors oriented on work. process The less efficient incentive under results of that research is an appraisal system.
