Streszczenie
The aim of this paper is to present the most effective strategies in constructing benefit systems in Poland. It also explores changes that took place in benefit systems within the last few years. Benefits are playing a key role in an effective employee management. That is connected with the demographic structure of our society (which is becoming older), high absenteeism and fluctuation indicators, as well as, the employees’ expectations and needs. The complex benefit systems are unified with the responsible employee compensation and may become an effective instrument that builds employee commitment and loyalty.
